Return Policy

We want you to love your purchase! Please read our return policy carefully to ensure a smooth process.

Store Credit Only:
All approved returns will receive store credit.

Return Timeframes:

• Initiation: Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.

• Shipping: Once approved, items must be shipped back within  5 days.

Late Returns:
Items returned outside the 5-day shipping window after approval will be sent back to the sender.

Condition of Returned Items:
To qualify for store credit, returned items must be in their original condition:

• Tags attached

• Properly buttoned and folded

• Free of excessive hair, smoke, or makeup marks

Returns that don’t meet these standards may be denied, and a $10 restocking fee may apply.

Defective Items:
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us at shopateuforiaboutique@gmail.com within 2 days with a photo of the issue. Returns submitted after 2 days will unfortunately not qualify for store credit or replacement.

Important Considerations:

• We are not responsible for damage caused by improper care, handling, or incorrect sizing.

• Colors and patterns may vary slightly due to lighting, photography, or screen resolution and are not considered defects.

• If your return arrives damaged, you may purchase a new shipping label to have it returned to you.
